As a Graduate Engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) with over 15 years of experience in technology, project, and team leadership, I have planned, managed, and taken responsibility for complex systems—from industrial development to operational management. In the automotive industry, my focus was on leading interdisciplinary teams, structuring demanding projects, and translating technical requirements into functioning processes and products. Later, I consciously expanded my role: moving from pure management toward direct implementation, operational responsibility, and a closer connection to people, materials, and workflows.
